Registering to bid online will expedite the bidders registration process at the auction. There will be a table clearly marked at the auction site for Bidders Registration. Pre-registered bidders will have their own section at the table. Purchases made with a check must be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. Please bring your drivers license and the original bank letter of guarantee with you (SAMPLE BANK LETTER). Using this method of payment will allow you to simply write a check and take possession of your new vehicle immediately. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, cashiers check, personal or business checks with letter of guarantee from your bank. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as forms of payment. All credit card payments for vehicles purchased will be subject to an additional 3% fee. You should thoroughly look over any vehicle you are interested in before the car/tractor reaches the auction block. You should also read the description card which is filled out by the owner of the vehicle. When the vehicle is on the auction block, place a bid by simply raising your bidders pass. The 8% buyers fee will be added to the final selling price of the vehicle at settlement. Minnesota sales tax will be collected as the state requires. Payment is required in the auction office promptly after vehicle has been sold. The bidder will have every opportunity to view all vehicles prior to sale. However the purchaser must understand that he/she is buying property entirely upon his own examination and opinion prior to the auction. All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Any guarantees written or implied as to the authenticity, originality, or condition of any vehicle are not the guarantee of the auction company, and should be determined by the buyers own discretion prior to the auction. The information provided by the seller is deemed reliable but not guaranteed by the auction company. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AT AUCTION. If you are awarded the final bid, ownership changes hands at the drop of the gavel. You are now the owner of the vehicle and are responsible for payment in full. Buyers purchasing an auction item that are unprepared with above documents and information may pay by personal check. Item and title will be held, along with personal check until the Monday following the sale. Personal check must be exchanged for a cashier’s check by noon Monday to complete the sale.
